ESG & Sustainability Consultant

Role Overview

The ESG & Sustainability Consultant will support organizations in implementing sustainability strategies, ESG reporting, climate risk analysis, and responsible business practices aligned with international frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ESG assessments and sustainability gap analysis
• Support organizations in developing ESG strategies and sustainability roadmaps
• Prepare ESG reports, sustainability reports, and integrated reports
• Assist clients with global sustainability frameworks and ratings such as EcoVadis, CDP, GRI Standards, and BRSR
• Conduct Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations
• Perform Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies for products and services
• Support clients in compliance with CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) requirements
• Assist companies in climate risk assessment and decarbonization strategies
• Conduct sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Develop ESG policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives
• Conduct client workshops and training on ESG and sustainability practices
• Support organizations in improving sustainability ratings and ESG performance

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability standards
• Experience with EcoVadis, CDP, GRI, and BRSR reporting
• Understanding of LCA, PCF, carbon accounting, and climate strategies
• Analytical and research capabilities
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
