Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company events
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist management with performance appraisal processes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee grievances and HR support
- Support HR activities related to employee welfare, retention, and workplace culture
