As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. From building brand awareness to generating leads, you will play a critical role in strengthening Growlity’s digital footprint and engaging global audiences.Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand visibility and support business goals.

  • Plan and manage campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.

  • Oversee content strategy for website, blogs, newsletters, and digital platforms.

  • Manage email automation tools and track campaign effectiveness.

  • Optimize website content and performance for search engines (SEO).

  • Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and consultants to ensure aligned messaging.

  • Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.

  • Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, or Email Automation (preferred).

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot/Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing metrics.

  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
