Harsha Engineers International Limited (“Harsha” or “the Company”), a leading global precision-engineering solutions provider, has released its FY 2024-25 Annual Sustainability Report, themed “Precision in Progress, Engineering Net Zero Impact.”

The report reflects Harsha’s continued commitment to integrating sustainability into its business strategy, operations, and culture—driven by innovation, responsibility, and engineering excellence. The Sustainability Report was prepared in strategic collaboration with Growlity Pvt. Ltd., Harsha’s long-term sustainability advisory partner, marking two and a half years of continuous ESG partnership.

• Environmental Stewardship: Achieved Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) at the flagship facility, expanded renewable-energy use, and advanced circular-water systems to reduce freshwater dependency.
• Responsible Sourcing & Supply Chain: Introduced a strengthened Supplier Code of Conduct and embedded ESG risk criteria into supplier-performance audits.
• Corporate Citizenship: Expanded skill-development, diversity, and community-engagement programs, reinforcing Harsha’s people-first approach.
• Transparency & Accountability: The report underwent independent ESG data assurance by Growlity, aligning with GRI 2021 and ESRS standards to ensure accuracy and comparability of disclosures.
