Role Overview
As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing Growlity’s digital platforms. You will work on WordPress development, SEO optimization, and website performance management to deliver seamless user experiences that engage global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites using WordPress.

• Manage website architecture, plugins, updates, and security.

• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings.

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

• Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and user experience (UX).

• Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.

• Troubleshoot website-related issues and provide timely solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest web development and SEO trends.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related fields.

• Up to 1 year of professional experience in website development (internship/academic projects will be considered).

• Hands-on experience in WordPress website development & management.

• Knowledge of SEO tools and strategies for on-page and off-page optimization.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple website projects and meet deadlines.
