Role Overview
As an ESG Consultant, you will work with our senior consultants and client teams to support the development of sustainability strategies, ESG assessments, and reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting ESG assessments, benchmarking, and gap analyses for client organizations.

Support the preparation of sustainability reports aligned with frameworks (GRI, EcoVadis, SASB, SDGs, etc.).

Research industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in ESG.

Help design and implement ESG strategies, policies, and roadmaps.

Collaborate with senior consultants on presentations, proposals, and client deliverables.

Participate in workshops, training sessions, and client engagements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).

0–1 year of experience in sustainability/ESG (internship or academic project experience will be considered).

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand and interpret sustainability frameworks and standards.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).
