Role Overview

As an ESG Consultant, you will work with our senior consultants and client teams to support the development of sustainability strategies, ESG assessments, and reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting ESG assessments, benchmarking, and gap analyses for client organizations.

• Support the preparation of sustainability reports aligned with frameworks (GRI, EcoVadis, SASB, SDGs, etc.).

• Research industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in ESG.

• Help design and implement ESG strategies, policies, and roadmaps.

• Collaborate with senior consultants on presentations, proposals, and client deliverables.

• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and client engagements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).

• 0–1 year of experience in sustainability/ESG (internship or academic project experience will be considered).

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand and interpret sustainability frameworks and standards.

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-growing sustainability consulting firm.
