What Our People Say?
FAQs
On The Side of Ambitious
Action
We help brands stand out and grow by creating innovative, results-driven strategies that engage customers and drive success.
What kind of roles does Growlity usually hire for?
We hire for a wide range of positions within sustainability and ESG consulting. These include roles such as sustainability consultants, climate change specialists, carbon footprint analysts, and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) experts. In addition, we also hire project managers, research analysts, and operational support staff who help deliver our services effectively. Occasionally, we open opportunities in marketing, communications, and technology to support our growth. Even if your expertise is outside core sustainability fields, we welcome applications from individuals who bring complementary skills and a passion for positive environmental impact.
Do I need prior experience in sustainability to apply?
While experience in sustainability, climate, or environmental sectors is preferred for technical roles, it is not always a requirement. We believe skills can be learned, but passion and curiosity are non-negotiable. For some positions, we value transferable skills from other industries such as data analysis, consulting, supply chain, or policy. If you have strong problem-solving abilities, an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to driving meaningful change, you could be a great fit — even if your sustainability experience is limited.
Does Growlity offer remote or flexible work options?
Yes. We understand that flexibility is essential for a modern, productive, and healthy work environment. Many of our roles are open to remote or hybrid arrangements depending on the position, project requirements, and client needs. Some roles may require occasional travel for client meetings, workshops, or team events, but we strive to maintain a balance that supports both productivity and work-life harmony.
How does the recruitment process work at Growlity?
Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent and engaging while giving candidates the chance to showcase their skills and personality. It typically begins with an online application where you submit your CV and cover letter (and in some cases, a short video introduction). Selected candidates then proceed to a skills-based assessment — often designed to reflect real sustainability challenges. This is followed by an initial conversation with our People team, a case study interview (individual or group), and a final interview with senior team members. We believe hiring is a two-way process, so throughout the journey, we also encourage you to ask questions and assess if Growlity feels like the right fit for you.
What makes Growlity a great place to work?
At Growlity, our culture is built on purpose, collaboration, and continuous growth. Every project we take on is meaningful — aimed at solving environmental and social challenges. We foster a supportive workplace where ideas are heard, contributions are valued, and learning never stops. Employees benefit from professional development budgets, regular workshops, well-being initiatives, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects with clients across sectors. Most importantly, we maintain a people-first approach — ensuring our team members feel respected, empowered, and connected to our shared mission of building a sustainable future.
